Juno studio · content and software

We make the content and the tools that run it.

A one-person studio for creators and their brands. I cut the reels, write the hooks, design the thumbnails, and build the software that keeps a channel running, so nothing gets lost between the edit and the numbers.

Juno is a work OS for a content team: projects, review, downloads and files in one window.juno.jaykris.io
Software

Tools built from inside the work.

Each of these started as something a content team needed and couldn't buy. They run in production for clients today, and the studio builds the same way for yours.

Juno shipped

A work OS for a content team on Windows. Projects, review queue, downloads, and a shared file library in one glass window. Invite-only, self-updating.

Built for a four-person editing team

Pulse in production

Instagram analytics with a memory. Every metric Meta exposes, banked nightly; verdicts on which hooks earn follows and what to post next. Built on the official Graph API.

Built for a creator account with a six-figure audience

File Router shipped

A Discord bot that takes a finished video and puts it in the right client's hands: routing, naming, delivery, and a record of what went where.

Content

Video and packaging that earn the follow.

The other half of the studio. Not views for their own sake: follows, saves, and the numbers that say a channel is growing.

Short-form video

Editing for Reels, Shorts and TikTok. Hooks that survive the first three seconds, captions, pacing, and packaging that fits the platform it's going to.

Thumbnails and titles

The words and the frame people decide on. Copy for titles and hooks, thumbnail design, and testing what actually gets the click.

Channel strategy

YouTube and Instagram growth planned from real numbers: what converts viewers to followers, what to double down on, what to retire.

How it works

How a project runs

Whether it's a reel or a dashboard, the process is the same: agree on what it should look like, build it, then check it against that.

1

Plan

We agree on the outcome first. For video that's the hook and a rough cut plan. For software it's a clickable mock you sign off on before any code is written.

2

Build

I do the editing, the design and the code myself. If something has to change from the plan, you hear about it before it ships, not after.

3

Check

Every delivery comes with proof: side-by-side shots against the mock, or the numbers we said we were aiming for.

About

About

I'm Jaykrishnan Pillai, JayKris online. I've spent the last few years working inside creator teams: editing, packaging, planning what gets posted. When the tools we were using didn't fit how we actually worked, I started building our own.

Juno is the studio that came out of that. Content and software from one desk, which means the person editing your reels is the same one reading your analytics and building your dashboard.

Have a channel that should be growing faster?

Tell me what you make, where it's posted, and what's not working. You'll get an honest read and what I'd do first.
